hi i had a c-cestion abt 2 weeks back...can anyone help me with the precautions that i have to take...docs and relatives seem to contradict.doc says u need to be normal while relatives say that u need to b v careful...and am confused..pls can u advice me on this....

and can u also tell me what exercises to do n when to start....

don't worry your doctor and your relative both are doing there job well.
I am a pharmacists so, i think that you should what your doctor say's and so your relatives. And concerning about excerise.....walk as much as you can. It would be good for you & your baby. Bye. Good luck. & don't worry you will be fine.
