Baby Sitters and Creches:Maid through Agency in Gurgaon - how safe?

Name: N. Ritu My son is 1.8 years and I go to a part time job. We are thinking to keep a 24 hours domestic help to look after him while we are away and help in household chores.

Has anyone kept a 24 hours maid? How has been your experience? Your advice is valuable.

It would be great if anyone can give addresses of agencies that provide maids in gurgaon.
