HI! im 16 n im interested in doing yoga at home, before i go any further i want 2 know doing yoga also help my look?
What are the other benefits from doing yoga?
does it also help improve u r face look?
also can sumbody give me a website where u can get yoga intrustion coz i m thinking of doing yoga at home coz im busy girl aos any useful website would be good.

Learn Yoga from an expert.Use the books and videos as a supplement only.You are apt to make mistakes if you learn it by yourself.Yoga helps in bringing mind and body to perfect harmony.I don't think it will make you look better.It will defenitely make you healthier which is more important.Check out yogafamily dot com.
