Hi guys
I have a weatish complexion but its a bit darker than the medium. I tried so many remedies. I have been trying them for like over 2 months. Nothin seems to wrk. You have to help plz. And I cant use any creams. My skin is kinda dry. if you have fair skin or know how to get it, please reply. I am very deperate now:( hope u guys will help me verne replied. what quack advice!my advice, you drink the milk and pop the carrots and make some halwa, for your complexion and dryness, use a good quality moisturiser, regularly, dont get tanned, and eat good food, and multivitamin supplements, u will get the glow in the next few weeks. tm replied. hai!!
NO DIRECT RAYS means,i dont want u to stand or lie under sun.but just sit ans relax in a place such a way u can feel the warmth of sun whihc isa gr88 source of VIT-D,which is very essential for healthy glowing skin..

1) chop carrots to fine pieces
2)mix it with milk and blend it in mixie..
3)apply it over the face like mask
4)soak for 25 minutes or even more(if u can)
5)wash with chill water
THE ABOVE ONE IS A GR88 REMEDY AND WORKS VERY WELL IF U DO IT ATLEAST 2 TIMES A WEEK.U CAN SEE CHANGE IN 5 USES..

to change tone of ur body
1)if u r in india u get franch oil(if u r in US u get it in indian stores),mix it with coconut oil.
2)apply all over ur body
3)soak for 30 minutes.
4)its effect is more if u lay sometime in rays of sun(not direct rays)
5)this will give u a steaming effect.
^)ur colour pigment pores will open and circulation will improve as u massage ur skin.
6)take nice bath after wards
doing it regularly(ifu can)or atleast during week ends will give u a gr88 change..
