i am 32 and unmarried. i seem to be having mild hormonal imbalance. i have hair fall and have noticed a lot of change in my skin...its become dark and i am getting pimples. can anyone suggest a good home remedy to set my hormones right?

Hi its good if you can go to a doctor and accordingly get the best treatment done for these kind of problem. Dont worry there are a lot of treatment which are been carried these days by doctors

I don't think there are any home remedies to fix hormonal imbalance. It would be better if you consult a doctor about it and take medication for it from him as it will fix your problem much faster than home remedies.

There were many solutions for the problems you are facing you need to consult to any doctor so that your problem will be solved and no need to get tensed also or you can take ayurvedic medicine also.
