How do i make my nails grow faster but yet stong also. Every time i get long pretty nails they either break or chip? Little help please?

here r sum tips dat mite help u:
-After doing any work that involves dirt getting under your nails, be sure to clean them as soon possible by using a nail brush dipped into soap and water and gently scrubbing under and on top of your nails.
-Consider buying products that can help strengthen nails and help stop breakage.
-Make sure that you get enough calcium into your diet to help the process.
-File your nails once in a while and keep a cute nail file handy in case your nail chips.
-You can get calcium from drinking milk, orange juice, or eating yogurt, cheese or other calcium-rich products.
- Oils or even waxy lip balm can be effective at softening nails.
- Nail polish can be very effective in growing nails too. Just make sure u reapply it when its chipped off.
And u gotta b patient....it does take sum time to grow beutiful nails.
