Have just joined the group. Would like to know how much weight gain is right since i am now in my 21st week - i feel have gained too much already ie 7 kgs so far amrita replied. hi ...
this is amrita... i too was really worried about my weight gain, as this is my 20th week and i have already gained 6 kg' s... but thanks to the chart... i feel better, coz i was just thinking with this speed i' ll bloat up like anything

welcome to the grp! i dont think 7 kgs so far is too much. it also depends on what ur wt was before u became pregnant. if u were slightly underweight or normal, then its not much. here is a chart i found on IP:
