You get a herb called Chitharathai in any local (nattu) medical shop, all you need to do is take two or three pieces of it and boil in water for some time, till the water turns red in color. Just take may be quarter cup of the warm kashayam with honey. It proves good

Spoon dipped in hotwater, remove put honey rock salt, Hladee and if you can manage Tulsi Nectar the new leaf from the top. Thts it have it as ofter as yu can.
Boil milk add garlic smashed a bit bring to bil add Honey no sugar please as sugar is cooling for chest avoid it always evn in your tea add Honey. Always take powder salt rock when you felllike the cough is on its way way down your throat put yur finger as deep as yo can. This will aslo help.

Hi Seema, Please try taking half spoon of ginger juice, quater spoon of crushed black pepper with one spoon of honey twice day. This has worked wonders for me, hope it helps you too.
