How r u? There are lots of dos and don' ts in first trimester.....after that it' s pretty much relaxed.
Very first is take care of urself, don' t strain urself,no sad thoughts ,eat healthy food,stay away from carbonated drinks if possible also from artificial juices, Don' t eat fruits like papaya, Pineapple, Mango or anything that produces heat in the body ( I have a few frds who sometimes ate one of these fruits in their first trimester and nothing happened, for couple of them,including me, experience was bad) so why to take risk. Before taking any medicines(even if it' s regular cough syrup) pls. consult ur Gynaec. Don' t have sex.Whenever u sleep (in any trimester) best position is sleeping on ur left side and get up only sideways or u may get cramps. If u have morning sickness then lime water is very good.U won' t be able to start calcium for first 3 months so take calcium in other form like milk,curd etc. U hav to rem that ur heart has to work 50% extra to push blood to uterus so keep taking enough rest after doing work.
