Hi everybody,

I have completed 30 weeks. I am generally doing great. The only things that are bothering me are absolute restlessness in the night and lack of sleep. Now the feeling of restlessness has moved on to the day as well. So I hardly get any sleep.

Secondly... I am experiencing BHC and along with it I have a strange feeling in the crotch when the baby moves, which makes me stop my work and pause till everything is okay. My belly is kind of saggy (which quite a few people said is common in second pregnancies.. as is mine) though I do not show much. Is that normal?

Lastly is it okay to move normally (that is fast in my case)when you sit or stand. I have the habit of sitting down with my legs folded and am quite comfortable. But people expect me to and advise me to be slow and careful.

Thanx in advance 2ndtmom replied. being restless is quite normal dear.. mine is second pregnancy too and i feel restless even now, when Im in my 15th week.. don't let me get started on no energy:-) but u r almost there so cheer up..:-)

about walking fast.. well slow down cuz what if ur baby is sleeping and ur walking fast habbit is disturbing him/her.. then u will feel more restless..

now feeling somethimng down there could be because of ur baby's position.. maybe his/her hand or food is near there and thats what causing the sharp pain.. I will say just call ur doc.. these are very little and minor concerns whick they solve it over the phone..

I feel my belly saggy too even this early but whaen I look in the mirror it looks fine:-) anyway, I still have long way to go:-) don't worry about physical looks.. sometimes baby move into such position and some part of the bally looks fine and other saggy.. normally ur bally can go into 2 shapes- baseball or watermellon.. mow u can imagine.. so its totally normal..
