Hi All,

Hope everyone's doing fine. I see many are havings cute little angels on this forum. Even I think it would be a girl for me too. Not sure. My Doc doesn;t reveal about that. Is there anyway for us to identify if it is a girl or a guy in an ultrasound. I have an appointment next week and wud be going for a ultrasound.

Also what kind of exercise am I supposed to do?

How long should I walk?
Since I sit before computer for 10 hours and rest to go back home I really don;t find time to walk. Can someone help me with a different solution

hi Nithya,i know ur anxiety of getting to know the sex of baby..one gud thing abt being abroad is that u will know the babys sex in hand.. without any trouble..during my u/s the doc showed me a small projection between the legs so that conveyed thats a boy ..u need to carefully wait for the right moment to check this..gud luck..
