Hi there,

I am new to this forum and I need help. I live in NZ from past 5 yrs and I have developed a skin problem on my arms since I came here. I think its due to allergy of Flannel/wollen material. This cannot be avoided since its very very cold here and nothing else is as comfortable or warm enough in winters.

I have these pimples/spots/bumps all over my arms above my elbows. I have lovely fair skin which actually makes the spots looks red and worse. I cannot wear anything that's sleeveless or even half sleeve. My skin is very sensitive and reactive so I do not want to try any chemicals. Plz suggest some herbal/natural remedy!

hi there, what you described sounds a lot like keratosis pilaris, a harmless hereditary condition. Check it on wikipedia or www,keratosispilaris,org.

Hope you manage to get it better

make a paste of multani mitti,rose water and tulsi leaves apply and let it dry before having a bath.
