ok, this might sound really silly but I have noone else I can ask. Is it true that if you eat yogurt during pregnancy, you will have a fair skinned baby and with green/blue eyes? Stoopid question I know but someone out there might know of some old wives tales.

Yes this does sound silly and stupid. :-))
Focus more on getting a brainier kid than a fairer one. :-) And you can accomplish this by taking loads of walnuts (in the third trimester). And if you are a fish eater, that will help you too.

Sunil.

Hello Priyanka,
I am from the Nov 2004 board. I am not sure about the complexion of the baby to be, but i can definitely tell you that eating a lot of yoghurt gives you a lot of calcium which is very necessary for your growing baby.
