Hey im riya and im a helper here...and i want to help you wid your question..okay first and for most you can buy yoga and pilates videos and dvds...there very easy to follow and are avaliable for beginners, indermediate and expert leveled ppl..personally i like pilates cause it lengthens your muscles and helps you look taller and leaner...yoga helps relax the mind and calm the soul...but both are good....you can also buy books which illustrate step-step movements...i personally do Winsor Pilates...its great you can go on there website and order the dvd or video....anyways as for squats and lunges just follow the whats listed below and you'll know how to do squats and lunges in no time...

1. Squats- Begin by standing shoulder width apart. Open your legs slightly and put your arms out straight infront. Carefully bend down and pertend as if you were to sit on the ground. Then carefully lift up again. Do this in 15 reps.

2. Lunges- Stand feet together. Put one foot behind and push the knee in the front. Now bend that knee and then gently get up. Do this first with the right leg and then the left. Do this for 15 reps.
