Hi,
I have a 14 month old baby girl who had a very fair complexion but since last few days(maybe because of sun exposure )her skin has turned dark...Can anybody please suggest me how to treat it ??

My name is Riya..and im a helper here..and i would like to help you wid your question...first off i would like to tell you that the skin of a baby is very fragile therefore dont over exceed the remedies im going to suggest...and remember to always apply sunscreen to your baby before going outside...this will prevent against long term skin cancer and other diseases... Alrite follow any of the following procedures..

1. Apply a mixture of equal amounts of lemon juice and honey on the face and whole body of the baby. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash off.

2.Apply a mixture of equal amounts of lemon and cucumber juice on the face and whole body of the baby. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash off. If her skin is dry, use honey and lemon juice.

3.Massage Almond oil on the babies skin.

4. Make a scrub of sandalwood powder mixed with almond powder or almond oil and milk. Massage gently on the darker areas like neck, around lips, below eyes, etc.

i saw ur reply for Neelam and it madw me happy.but my baby has fair complexion on face but other parts she is darker.how can i sole this problem

Hey Riya,
thanks a lot for your immediate response....I'll definitely try the remedies and I'm using Almond oil for her massage ever since......I'm also applying a mixture of saffron in milk right before her bath ...does that work too?
