Had docs visit today ... she said she was very happy with the way things were progressing with me ... ie in terms of no of weeks completion (34) and minimum complaints esp considering twin pregnancy.

Has called me back on 29th Jan for 9h month scan and NST. After assessing the position of both babies (last scan both cephalic - head down) and weight of the babies .... she said she will give me an opinion as to which is better for me .. ie to wait for labour to start naturally or to opt for a scheduled C section. She also asked us to come with some good and convenient dates when we go back then.

But from the way she spoke etc ... somehow i think she will opt for a C section only. It seems only 10 days back she had a lady (tiwn) who was very insistent on normal ... 1st one came out normally after long labour but immediately the 2nd one turned such that it was buttocks down and then emergency c section had to be performed .. though in that case the end was happy bcos both children could be saved.

My first delivery was a normal one from which i recovered pretty quickly... but my only fear this time is recovery from C section (which i think will most likely be the case) adn also taking care of twins during the recouping period. Any tips anyone ?

I have replied to you in Feb board.I also delivered my first son who is 6yrs.old normally.But from my 30th week scan itself the babies were in breech position so i am scheduled for a C-section.I also have the same fear like you on recovery.
