Health Concerns:breast changes and underclothes

this question may sound silly but i just need to know.

is it ok to sleep without a bra at night during pregnancy? i have heard ppl sayingthat breasts might start sagging as there is a change in them anyways when u r expecting? on the other hand ppl say tht one should remove the bra at nibht and let the pores breadhe.

what is the better thing to do from health point of view?

hey wht you do is good remove and sleep you should be free when you are pregnant. I too do the same.
