but does 2% milk work? i could put it on very thickly..i live in the U.S and i cannot find full fat milk in my area.

dear bindu,
no,use full fat milk for best result.to soften,smoothen and moisturise ur rough skin,add honey to malai with just a pinch of haldi and almond oil.massage it onto ur face and wash off after 20-30 minutes.do this daily.in addition,drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.eat cucumbers,watermelons and other fruits and vegetables having high water content.sleep for 8 hours daily.go to bed before 11pm as detoxication takes place between 11-12 in the night and u have to be asleep for that.also,exercise regularly.simple walking will do.exercise improves blood circulation.drink lots of milk too.
