please help my brother.
he has two small white spot in his face !!is it Vitiligo? i don't know!! please help what he can use to get rid of it!! he is so worried that it spread in his body and he is getting married!!!!

Go see a doctor, as early as possible.if it is vitiligo, it will spread soon.So, better go to a doctor and make sure what kind of white patch is that.It's better to get treatment, in the early stage, if it's vitiligo.

THIS IS QUITE COMMON FOR SOME BOYS TO HAVE
THESE SPOTS OF THEIR FACES.

IT'S HARMLESS.......IT WILL DISAPEAR ON
IT OWN IN A COUPLE OF YEAR.

YOU CAN TAKE HIM TO GET A TAN....BUT THE
CHOICE IS UP TO YOU.

Please take him to a qualified dermatologist, immeditaely. U can also go to Dr. Batras clinic. They do a great job. Dont worry it might be a fungal infection, even if it is vitiligo, it can be treated faster if detected early. All the best
