What is a weatish (gandami) complexion?? Is it lighter than sanwali?? or is sanwali lighter than weaitish (gandami) complexion?


I am obsessed with fair skin. I was born snow white now i am sanwali. I want my fair skin back please help me get my fair skin back. My skin type is everything very dry in winter normal in good weather oily in summer.

dear help me,
gandami complexion is lighter than sanwali and darker than fair.it's medium complexion.

if u were born fair,u can retrieve the same colour using remedies and patience.
since it's summer now,i assume ur skin to be oily.there r many remedies u can use for oily skin.i would suggest u to make a mask of yogurt+lemon juice+oats powder+rose water+a pinch of haldi.apply this mask daily for 20 minutes and wash it off using cool water.olus,instead of soap,use a mixture of besan+milk+a pinch of haldi and apply it on ur face twice or thrice daily for 15 minutes.use equal quantities of besan and milk.
plus,follow these tips daily:
1)in the morning,on waking up,drink a glass of warm water+1 tablespoon honey+juice of half a lemon.

2)drink half cup of mint water daily.to make mint water,just boil mint leaves thoroughly in water and store it in the fridge.

3)eat yogurt and honey in abundance as these r fairness foods.

4)drink warm milk+a 3-4 strands of saffron before going to bed daily.

5)consume the following daily:
apples
carrots
tomatoes
oranges
spinach
cucumbers
banana

6)drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.

7)exercise for 15-30 minutes daily.exercise improves blood circulation and imparts a glow to ur skin.make sure u wash ur face after sweating as sweat results in pimples.

8)apply a sunblock whenever u step out in the sun.on returning,rub tomato or potato slices for oily skin and tomato juice+yogurt for dry skin.leave it on for 15 minutes and rinse thoroughly with cool water.it's best to completely avoid sunlight,even at home.keep ur curtains closed.

9)sleep is very important for general health as well as skin.make sure u go to bed early and wake up early in the morning.sleep for 8 hours daily.

10)avoid depression,stress and tension.these make ur skin dull and cause many other skin problems.adopt a happy go lucky attitude and enjoy ur life.

11)be very patient.all this will take time but will definitely show results.

h r u.i needhelp i saw ur reply above n i am impressed. r u docter or wht?anyways, actually in my case i am already sawli,n my husband is darker then me.
we want to get rid of this want to get fairer.at good healthy skin.we both r having oily skin.plzz help me,n ask if u want to ask any ques. on this this.thanks,waiting for reply.bye n take care
