dear all,
i just heard this anti ageing exercise from one of my mom's friend.she saw it on tv and it's reallt amazing.i thought i'd share it with all of u.when u wake up in the morning,join ur hands together as hindus do when they say namastey(lol).now,let ur fingers stay in that position and move ur palms apart.do this a couple of times for beautiful and wrinkle free hands.after this exercise,rub ur nails together for a few minutes.this prevents greying of hair and imparts a glow to ur skin.trust me,it's true as my mom's friend got it confirmed by a doctor.another thing i saw on tv was to mix tomato and grape juice together and massage it on ur face and hands for 15 minutes.this lightens the skin colour and helps u to remain young.results will be visible within 2 weeks.
another thing i know is once u reach the age of 25,regularly apply honey to ur face.honey mositurises as well as tones ur skin and protects it from wrinkles and dryness.malai is an excellent moisturiser and can be used on dry skin effectively.in addition,fruits,vegetables,milk and other goodies help u to remain young,beautiful and healthy physically as well as mentally.
