Please help me!!! I have oily face, pimples, scars, and open pores on cheeks. I used to have pimples on forehead, but not anymore, only my cheeks now. I have open pores on my nose and cheeks
My right cheek is worst thanmy left cheek. I have used many acne medications and products before, but none help. PLEASE HELP ME PLEASE. I also have pimples on my back, but realylittle. There are also acne scars on my back. Also pimples on my neck... please help.. im so depressed..

dear ammy,
first of all,stop worrying dear.do u know that stress,tension and depression are major causes of skin problems?so please avoid that and remember that ur problem is temporary,it will go away if u take proper care of urself and be very patient.
to start with,make sure u consume a healthy and balanced diet and minimose junk food,spicy food,oily food,sugary food,fizzy drinks,tea and coffee.replace these with fresh fruits and vegetables and natural fruit juices.follow these tips regularly:
1)in the morning,on waking up,drink warm water+1 tbsp honey+juice of half a lemon first thing in the morning.

2)consume the following daily:
oranges
tomatoes
cucumbers
carrots
half cup of mint water
5-6 almonds
fish
yogurt

3)drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.

4)purchase 100% natural fruit cocktail juice and drink 2 glasses of this daily.

5)exercise regularly and wash ur face after sweating as sweat causes pimples.use gram flour+a pinch of haldi+milk to wash ur face.use more gram flour(besan)for oily skin and more milk for dry skin.it's best to keep this on for 15 minutes twice daily or after u sweat.

6)have a good night's sleep.sleep for 8 hours daily.make sure u go to bed early and wake up early as well.make a habit of going to bed and waking up at the same times everyday.

7)wear a sunblock whenever u go out in the sun.on retunring,rub tomato or potato slices on the exposed areas for 15 minutes and wash it off.for dry skin,mix yogurt and tomato juice and keep it on for 15 minutes.then,wash it off.

8)discontinue chemical products.stick to natural things.i have already mentioned u a great substitue for soap.dont use any cream,lotion,face wash,soap,ointment,etc...the chemicals can be the reason of ur problem.

9)avoid stress,tension and depression.this is very important for a healthy mind,body and SKIN.

coming to external remedies,for the open pores on ur nose as well as ur pimple problem,just mix lemon juice+tomato juice+rose water+yogurt and apply it on ur face for 20 minutes.then,rinse with cool water.or,u can use a mask of multani mitti(fuller's earth)+rose water+tomato juice.leave it on for 15-20 minutes and gently wash it off.avoid scrubbing on ur pimples.these will help u with ur acne problem as well as tighten the pores.the diet tips will internally work wonders on ur skin and will get rid of the acne on ur back and neck.be sure to patiently and religiously follow these tips.it may take as long as 3 months to see positive results.but the results will be remarkable as well as without side effects and long term.
