Hi everyone,
Just wanted to let you know that we were blessed to have a son on Febuary 6th at 4:19pm. We named him Devan and he weighed 6lbs and is 19 1/2 inches long. Even though Devan is 20 days early, we were fortunate that he was healthy and his blood sugar was normal when he was born. i was worried that since I had gestational diabetes, that he would be born with hypoglycemia or overweight. But thankfully neither was the case. Wishing all of you luck with your deliveries and hope your experience is as pleasant as mine was. Take care and good luck!

Jigna, Im due on April 11.. Just had my 3hr GTT test last thursday.. still didn't get my result yet though.. it will be very nice for you to take the trouble to post the list.. I know you must be very busy with ur baby.. Have fun with ur baby.. Thanks again..

i have a list of indian food that my diabetes counselor gave me with their carb exchanges as well as a list of normal american food like toast and pasta. i will post it in the next 2 days or so. when are you due?
