hi u all...i have a bad breath all the time 24/7..and i wash my teeth everyday...sometimes 5 times a day and i m so tired of it and i don't know where to go or what to do... i wash my tongue also but it never works. so plzz guyz help me out with this problem...my bad breath never stops... tell me where should i go...what kind of doctor...plzzzzz help me out...thanks alot.

dear tina,
first of all,stop worrying.secondly,let me tell u that its not how many times u brush that counts,it's HOW u brush which does.brushing ur teeth 3 times a day is enough but be sure to brush properly.also,rinse r mouth thoroughly after meals and brush ur teeth after drinking milk or eating chocolates.
next,if u eat a lot of spicy food,onions and garlic,this could be the reason of bad breath.reduce their intake and eat lots of fruits and vegetables(raw).drink a lot of water.8-10 glasses per day is enough.
when u wake up in the morning,just take a glass of warm water.add honey and cinnamon powder and mix well.gargle ur throat thoroughly with this.

dear saniya i have done everything you told me about and still i have it...my doctor told me it must be from your stomach...do you think she is right. can you get bad breath from your stomach....i mean what if something in my stomach is inffected, will it cause bad breath. plz dear if you have any idea just let me know....thanks alot dear saniya for your reply.

Mouth areas may not be the only thing that could cause bad breath. Maybe you could try to figure out if your throat cause it. Because sometimes dry throat can become bad breath.

Dear Tina,
Have you tried using a \";tongue scraper\";?
those just scrape all the germs and gunk off your tongue, since 90% of bad odors DO come from your tongue. also, try chewing gum, and gargling with minty water or mouthwash. i hope this helps!
