A/s.......
I have cum across a problem of which m getting serious n feeling embarassed about...plz help me out!...ma prob is dat i have developed sum pimples on ma cheeks....these pimples are large n red...i never got such type of pimples before...i use to get smaller but these r large n seem dat deres sumthing inside..i mean if i press it pains as if deres sumthing inside also....i hope u can understand saniya... da pimples r really bothering me n i m not going out nywhere coz of these...ma mom said dat it is coz of eating mangoes in excess n eating chocos....mangoes???!!!!....is it really true?..n i heard dat if we drink 'Laban Up' after eating mangoes v will not get pimples...is it true?...plz le me know da remedy for it to fade away ma pimples...plz help me dear!......Thank u a lottt..

dear Malika,
yes,ur mom is 100% correct.this is all due to eating mangoes.dont eat them.i never eat mangoes.and yes,drinking laban up after eating mangoes reduces their side effect.actuallymangoes r very warm foods and due to the heat produced,pimples result.since laban up is cool,it will cancel out the unfavourable effect of mangoes.i suggest u stop eating mangoes for a while and just drink 2-3 glasses of laban up daily.dont touch ur pimples.apply lemon juice+tomato juice+rose water for 15 minutes on ur skin and wash it off with cool water.

Use Sulphur-Q liquid. You can get from the chemists shop! In a month all the pimples will be reomved for forever.
