pooja u have not mention the length of u r hair. u r unmarred first get marred then tell u r husband that u want to shave u r head. I strongly suggest the following. Take a vow that you will shave your head in a religious place of your choice within two years after marriage. Tell the groom and his parents about it either yourself or through your parents. I am suggesting two years since many households do not permit head shave even for boys within one year of marriage. I think you will have a happy head shave that way.
I think it is not a good idea to tonsure now and get married with a boy cut.
I was lucky to get into a family where 5 yearly family tonsure is the done thing. So I got the opportunity of shaving my head within two weeks after marriage. I hope you will also get such an opportunity.
