hey guys..im 15 years old and i have so many scars on my back and the front. how do i get rid of it??? i know its my fault for scratching and bursting my spots but plzz help cauz i really do regret it cauz it looks well ugly and i cant wear any nice tops, especially in the summer. i also have a few marks on my face..how do i get rid of it so i can have clear skin??? please help i will be really greatfull...

hey nikki,
first of all stop scratching and poking at ur scars...the more u touch it the worse they will get...so that is the first step to making the scars going away. Next apply cumcumber juice to the scars...cucumbers have a cooling and healing affect which really helps for fast relief of scars and so on...next apply either aloe vera gel or vitamin E oil to the cuts...these two substances have great benifits as they make the appearnce of scars and cuts diminish in like literally a few days...anyways i hope these tips have helped...if u have any more queries just send me a mail...and i'll get back to u instantly..take care...and stop scratching...BYE!
