Due Date Club December 2006:Hi!

Hi everybody,

We are flying to India in the first week of Sep dear friends. Excited to be with my parents and meet my friends. But at the same time really sad to miss my DH :(. Dont know how i will say goodbye to him when he returns. But then with God's grace if things go well, he will be with me for the delivery. :)...

Ah then friends, i find that my tummy appears bigger in the evenings when compared to the mornings. Its really amusing. For me it was so from the time my tummy started to show. Anybody else experiencing the same?

My itching and rashes are a little in control now. I took antihistamines for about 3 weeks. Dont know when it will reappear.
Then as golden said, i too am feeling hunger and excessive thirst lately. As many others said, sleep in the night is also disturbed due to restrooms, thirst and difficulty in changing sides. I was blaming my thirst and dry throat feeling on my hubby setting the AC on high. :):).Now i know that its natural. :)
Ok then take care friends
Bye..

Hey Naina ,

it is great you can go to India , i am sure everyone is waiting there eagerly to pamper you , get ready to be treated like a princess :) ..i know you would be certainly missing ur husnband , but it is good that he will be there for the delivery .... u know i feel , that i will be so peaceful and worriless if i was in India ... here whatever happens - heartburn , aches, i get tensed and it is very difficult to even contact a doctor at a very short notice ..in India, will mom and all elders around who have been through this, it would be more comforting .... :)

abt the tummy changing shapes as the day progresses..i ahvenot experienced that :) ..sometimes i do feel like it is not symettrical though .. :) ..i am not sure if i am just imaging things or is my daughter busy with her antics ..!!

good to know that your rashes have subsided .... BTW , did u find out if you are ahving a boy or a girl ??

Take care and keep posting :)
-P

Hey!!
I am from the November DD board..
You know thats the best part of being a part of such forums..the fact that u see that others are going through the same situation:)
Hunger pangs are bad yaar...at times it really feels embarassing that you unfailingly land up in the kitchen every hour or two:)
Yes & hey even i feel the bulge more in the evening...in fact I feel as if I am bloated all over in the evening. Got my BP checked, that is normal so no worries.
Reminds me of the song....ek tum he nahi tanha, ulfat mein meri ruswa. Hehe

Love to all sailing in the same boats:) & to your babies

Sheetal

Hi naina !!

Wow, it's so nice to hear that u r going to India n gonna meet ur parents n friends :)) at the same time u r gonna miss ur hubby too , can understand !!
Well, from the v beginning, i too am experiencing that my tummy grows bigger in the evening hrs as compared to morning, the only reason i cud think of was as we keep eating thruout the day,so may b due to bloating n all it shows much in the evenings,as it was not causing any discomfort so i never bothered to ask my Dr.
Ya, i too was having itching on my tummy initially but completely under control :))
Also as i said in my earlier post too that am relaxed to see that there are many sailing in the same boat :)) of sleeplessness, thurst, hunger etc. Really i must say that i've got answers to so many of my queries on this board without being much bothered :)) So dear, u enjoy ur stay with ur parents, keep posting as n when u get time, have a safe pregnancy n luv to ur li'l one.

Gud luck :)

Hi friends,

Thankyou hopingfortejas, Sheetal & Golden for the reply.
I didnt find out whether its a boy / girl for me yet. Actually my hubby dear prefers it to be a sweet suspense.

And yes i too think that the comparitively bigger bulge in the evenings cud be due to all those foodies that we gulp down in the day.

Hey sheetal, that song really fell in place. :)
Take care friends...
Luv to all babies first &then to their great mamma's
