dear mickey,
first and foremost,STAY OUT OF THE SUN.this will gradually help u to regain ur original colour.secondly,u need to apply sunblock regularly.when u get back,rub potato slices or tomato slices on ur face.if u have dry skin,mix tomato juice with yogurt and apply.wash off after 15-20 minutes.now,if u have oily skin,take besan(gramflour)+lemon juice+hardly a pinch of haldi(turmeric)+yogurt.use this as a mask daily.scrub it off when it dries.if u have dry skin,use almond powder+milk+lemon juice paste till it dries and then,scrub it off well.if u have dry skin,also use aloe vera gel daily before going to bed.for oily skin,u can mix lemon juice and rose water and apply it at bedtime.thrice a week,use oats powder+yogurt scrub and if u have dry skin,use almond powder+yogurt scrub.hope all this helps.u can skip these scrubs if u want but dont forget to use those masks:)take care!
