Saniya... I wrote this earlier when you were away from this board. I will be depressed wheneve i see my face. Please help me dear Saniya. My complexion is medium not very fair or not dark. Nowadays i am having small spots on my face especially on nose and side of the nose. If I press it white color liquid type will come out.. this is not pimple I am sure ( i am in my early 32 years). I also got scars on my face.. How to get rid of this... How to tighten the sagging skin on face. My face skin started to sag as i got double chin.... dear saniya.. please help me how to get rid of this. I used almost all tightening cream nothing is working out so far. this is simply waste of money.

And also how to get fair skin all over body. Please suggest me with some effective remedies. I am eagarly waiting for your reply.

I am using yogurt+haldi+lemon+gram flour mix. Its really working in the sense of getting fair skin on face.

AS I mentioned earlier I got medium complexion with medium type skin ( not too dry not too oily). Please help me dear Saniya

first of all,cheer up.there's nothing u cannot achieve and it's never too late.
regarding ur problem,the spots u have mentioned appear to be whiteheads.as u have sagging skin and scars as well,an effective home remedy would be honey+lime juice.this will serve u the following purposes:
1)honey being a natural moisturiser,traps the moisture and prevents dryness and ageing of skin.
2)honey is a toner as well and provides firming effect espesially to tighten sagging skin.
3)lime juice provides tightening effect.
4)honey gets rid of blemishes.
5)lime juice lightens scars.
6)lime juice lightens the skin.

i suggest u apply besan+milk+haldi+yogurt mask and after washing it,apply honey+lime.be sure to use less besan as ur skin is likely to get more dry and besan is basically for oily skin.
im so glad u r satisfied with the results of the mask u have mentioned.
as for getting fair skin all over the body,it is quite a time consuming task.first of all,u need to exfoliate ur skin thrice a week.use a scrub of almond powder+oats powder+yogurt on ur body.u can also use honey+oats powder instead.another choice is scrubbing ur body in the bath with lime juice+sugar in the ratio 1:3 until the sugar granules melt.then,apply a good moisturising lotion such as st.ives aloe vera lotion.
next,u need to concentrate on ur diet.follow these tips daily:
1)in the morning on waking up,drink a glass of warm water+1 tbsp honey+juice of half a lemon.
2)u can also soak methi leaves in water overnight and drink the water as well as eat the seeds in the morning.
3)make a point to drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.
4)avoid all junk foods and replace them with healthy foods.
5)eat the following daily or atleast every week:
oranges
tomatoes
cucumbers
apples
mint juice(half cup daily)or bittergourd juice.

6)i found this anti wrinkle drink on a website..it might prevent wrinkles and sagging skin in the long run:
Once or twice a day put 1 tsp. honey, 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar, and 1 tsp. safflower or sunflower oil in a glass. Mix this and drink it. You will see results after doing this for 12 days. You will notice wrinkles fading and a burst of energy all day long!

7)exercise for atleast 30 minutes daily.wash ur face after sweating.use besan+milk+haldi to wash ur face.use slightly more milk than besan and hardly a pinch of haldi.

8)apply a sunblock whenever u go outside.on returning,rub potato juice+yogurt on the exposed areas.

9)a good night's sleep is very important.u need 8 hours sleep.go to bed early and wake up early as well.

follow these for atleast 40 days as new skin takes this much time to emerge and do let me know even if there is a slight difference.it will take time,but it will definitely show results.
