Your Q abt the Evenflo!

I saw nearly all the Evenflo brands in depth. Like I said earlier, you can go for any... as all of them have more or less the same common features except for a few minor differences here and there. But the main criteria to check in the stroller weight and the wt of the car seat. Like one of the brands of Evenflo I saw, said its Stroller wt was 25 pounds and the car seat wt was 11 lbs. Where as the standard wt of other brands is usually 20 pounds and 7 pounds respectively! That made me suddenly drop the descsion of buying that particular model. Other factors that I am leaning on if like the stroller asthetically as I don't mind any Evenflo right now as long as it covers my priorities. (Lt wt)

It is exrtremely confusing at times. I have gone back and forth several brands even after having posted my opinion on Evenflo but somehow have come back to it. I guess I clearly know now as to 'what' I want in a TS.

1) Standard wt of the stroller and car seat. (strl wt not exceeding 20 pounds and the car seat 7 pounds)
2)the toddler seat should recline more than 2 positions. 3 or more is ideal. And should be firm once it is adjusted to any one anlgle.
3)Should look good: )

You are right. The reclining factor isn't an issue in the begining but will be used only once after the baby begins to sit. But in 2 reclining positions, there is a limit where the baby can either sit (upright) or sleep! While if there are multiple angles or justbone more intermidiate angle, the baby can sit in a slanted/reclining position- between sleeping and upright position. Anyways...its up to each individial's choice after all. Many may not think this factor is so imp at all!

All the Graco literiders (except Graco Glider LXI and the Quattro) has 2 position recline. But the above brand (1st one)has a black frame which both me and my hubby didn't like, that is why we thought of switching to Evenflo. Anyways.... don't want to flood you with info but just thought of telling since you mentioned abt the reclining factor.

You have plenty of time to do your own research too. So for now... just relax and study well:- ) Don't worry about anything. All the best with your exams and take care!

Will let you know once we buy one for sure. Still wonder at times.. if I am going to end up with Evenflo or go with the literider after all! Anyways... let me handle this confusion alone !: ) ) )

Thanks a lot for ur concern about posting the info about the travel system.
My concern about the travel system is primarily on the wt as well as the sturdiness.
As far as the reclining position is concerned, I feel for initial 2-3 months the mobility with the baby would be restricted so may not be that of an issue, secondly after that winters would be at its peak so movement wud be less. And later to that the baby wud start sitting a little so again wont be a problem I guess.
I havent yet browsed in the stores for anything bcoz of my forthcoming exams etc. Have just looked on websites and all info provided by U guys has been really gr8. So havent yet put my mind onto anything.
Let me know once u decide to buy a particular stroller brand and model and also its plus and minus points finally before/after u buy.
Hope u r doing gr8 as well as ur little one kickboxing in stringly too.
