Hi, I have had tiny bumps all over my forehead for years, I can't seem to get rid of them, they are small pimples, but I can't squeeze them, there's nothing in them,and they're not red, they're just the same color as my skin, but I jsut can't seem to get a smooth forehead although I wash my face every morning and night. Any ideas?? The skin bumps on your head is called congestion. You need to assess what is causing them. It can be hair product left on your skin, eating habits, not cleansing etc, incorrect product use. You need to get products that draw them out of the skin. Regular exfoliating will also help to stop dead skin and sebum build up and gives the skin a really good workout-helping with skin renewal and a healthy glow etc. Don't squeeze, this may scar/pit and there is also nothing to squeeze out. By the end of your squeezing session you will have regretted doing it right? lol. If you have to squeeze, pick one area you are only allowed to squeeze. miny replied. hey there
i have the same problem but worse than u i have these tiny pearly bumps on my cheek too. even i can't seem to understand what they are and how they are formed but someone told me maybe they are because of the dandruff falling on the face. i'm quite dandruff-prone so maybe that's the reason but i'm not sure either. when you get any remedy please let me know too.
