Baby Sitters and Creches:Choosing between creche and sending baby to native

Name: a mother I am a working mother of 11 months old baby. Now a days I am very tensed and confused. Initially my MIL was living with me to take care my baby. So i was managing my job and baby very well. Now she wants to go back to her home that is more than 16 hours from here and wants to take my baby along with her. Due to which I am very depressed she is telling better leave the job or send him with me but not convinced for creche. What to do? How to convince her for a near by creche.As I cant live without my baby at least I can take care of my baby in evening after 6.30 in morning till 8.30 and on weekends.Suggest me what to do?

hi,
see daycare centre is always a better choice u might shell out some money but kids will be in safe hands and wd lots of other kids also..ur child will not feel lonely and will grow up like anyother normal child..i work too my child is going to this daycare and am very satisfy wd them.try kids campus at jubilee hills they have less kids so more attention and i feel they are geniune...no harm in trying..all the best..

Hi,
You need to tell your MIL firmly that you cannot send your baby with her. Children need to be with their parents no matter what. I sent my daughter to a day care when she was 6 months old. It was hard but I wouldnt have sent her off anywhere. Even I had offers similar to yours from my mother but no way I was going to live without my baby. Be strong and be confident. Do a lot of research and choose your day care carefully even if it means shifting your house. Good luck :)
