I know I have asked this thing so many times, but I am just worried.
I used to have movements/kicking everyday,and I used to felt them regularly.But from yesterday they are not much as they used to
be,I am thinking to call my doctor, but at my lst visit she told me that as long as there are movements even if they are some it is
fine, but I am little concerend.so just watching what my baby is
doing.I hope and wish that everything goes fine.

what about a pattern is there a real pattern, today I felt some movements early in the morning but not after that, do I need to worry and should I call my doc, please advise me.I am 22+6 days preg

You are in second trimester and sometime you can have irregular movements.
Like your Dr. said as long as they are there nothing to worry.
Just to ease your mind give a call.
Again, it seems normal for your gestation stage and after all each pregnancy is different.

Try to drink some cold fruit juice and you can feel baby moves.

Include plenty of calcium in your diet. This is the time when baby is deposition calcium in bones so that in third trimester you get strong kicks:)

Normally there is no seriousness on following pattern of baby movement in second trimester. As long as you feel them it's perfectly normal.

Hope your Dr. has fairly same thing to offer you as an advice.
