i m 23 yrs old female.my hair is falling like anything.whenever i comb my hair its falling..not only while combing when i am sitting simply its getting break and falling down. i am not using any particular shampoo.but now i am using dove sometimes clinic plus.but i did not get any idea for better shampoo and oil. i need a good suggestion for which shampoo and oil improves my hair fall control and better growth.its look very thin only. i want thick and strengthen unbroken hair.kindly suggest me for this.. thanks in advance... mpvijaykhanna replied. hi sister
check ur diet
just take vitamin B complex tablet if u have dandruff.it will help almost 75
and have protein content foods.if u have more body heat take weekly once oil bath by gingelly oil.

First of all,stop using any type of shampoos. If your hair fall ir really drastic you can follow what bubla siad.i.e, headshave.

Else, you can cut it short into a bob or ponytail, use natural products, such as shikakai it is good for dry hair.
You can use shoe flower(hibiscus) grind it apply to hair and wash off with shikakai, you can also try grinding hibiscus leaves and apply to hair then wash off.
You can try using \" Arnica homeopathic hair oil\" avialbale at any homeopathic stores.

Did you get a complete blood check?
Some times fluctuations in thyroid levels can show their effect on your hair.
Make sure you are not aneamic.
Take Multivitamins daily.
If you are not a vegetatrian try to eat fish, eggs,chicken milk cheese that is protien rich diet.

Have plenty of sleep.
