i had my anomaly scan yday.everything seems to be normal except that my placenta is lying low.think i should come up after few weeks..any idea?
does heart beat of the baby has anything to do with the sex of the baby..
those who know the sex of baby..can u people give the heart beat of ur baby as in last scan..??!! my baby HB is 158..dont know if its above the limit..!!
so plz.. those who are abroad please give the heart beat of ur babies n their sex if u know it.

Good to know that everything looked normal in your scanning. I am not too sure abt the heart beat but the according to the \";Old Wives Tale\";..... 140 and below is a boy and above 140 is a girl baby. Not too sure abt it.....may be we can all check and validate :)
B replied. good to hear that ur scan went well, they say that it is common for the placenta to lie low at this stage, as ur uterus moves up so should the placenta, however sometimes it doesnt which means u may need a c-section, but i would not worry too much yet about it, im sure ur consultant has talked to u about it and u will need another scan to recheck the placenta before birth.

my baby's hb is about 160 its fine, at this stage i believe the minimum is about 120, so dont worry ur babies hb is just fine. my baby is a girl by the way i dont think that is associated with the hb though.

where are u from, can u find out the sex of ur baby or are u not allowed? and also what is ur EDD?

anyways main thing is that ur baby is growing normally and thats most important.
