Thanks a lot for ur list. I just started shopping things for the little one . so this will help me a lot. Even i too had prepared a list of things to buy. Mostly the things u mentioned . I will add a few more things

For mother:
*Disposible nursing Pads(breast pads)
*Meternity loops or pads
*Disposible panties
*Front open shirts
*Abdominal belt (to reduce Belly after delivary)

For Baby:
*Cloth napkins
*Nappy liners
*Mittens and socks
*Night time bathing lotion
*medicated swabs

Others:
*Bottle warmer bag
*Infant carrier
*Storage bag (for baby's things)

I will let u know if i fond any thing useful. Take Care

Thanx for the wonderful list

Hello Mansi and Diya.

Girls you have done a wonderful job of making a list of all the needful thing to be taken care of and I am sure everyone will take advantage of this.

It has surely helped me a lot as I did not know half of the things and the other thing is that I've nobody except you guys here in Atlanta. You have really helped a lot and now that I've the list ready I can start shoping for the big event.

Thanks for adding in your list. I havent started shopping yet but its planning to start sometime soon. Can u tell me what this maternity loop or pad is? Is this anything specific we can use during this time? What about the abdominal belt? Which brand are you thinking of going for?
