hi, i ve a big prob. actually i ve to sit n study.n im gaining weight bcoz of this,if i do excercise then i cant study as i get exausted.idont overeat.my diet is ok.but i m noticing that my arms, my legs ,hips, r getting broader n more fatty.but its not seen in my weight my weight is still 45kg.i dont want to lose my shape.wat shud i do how do get back my shape.is there any excercise,esp for arms.i cant concenterate on my studies bcz of this,i alwaz think that i shud do something ,i must be active,plz help........ even i had da same prob last yr...i had ma boardxams n i used to sit n study for long hrs plus tuitions ..so da whole day was like less eating n more sitting n studying..this resulted da same result...dear it;s better to try studying while walking...or when u take a break(which is really necessary for healthy mind)...go for a walk...loiter around ur house...walk to reduce hips n tummy... lay on ur back n cycle in the air for reducing legs...do boxing in air n involve in sum houswerk like washing dishes..this doesnt takes much time...ofcourse dear u wont be studying da whole day...doing these will really make a difference Inshallah...i tried.
if ur really conscious dear then do these exercises n keep in mind dat doing it regularly will get u back...so concentrate on studies while studying n when u take a break ...do dat all...this big prob will soon becum smaller so don b sad n don worry...stay active n do all da wrks..Inshallah u will see da good results..till then take care n keep smiling.
