hey guys
I discovered a wonderful method to shed away fat. somebody suggested me to go for swimming and I reduced 2 inches within 15 days.try this out.

i dont think thats even true...
My frds swim everyday but i never noticed anything dark skin on their face...yea but if u have dry skin u can get black blobs around the face...thats if u have dry skin. Otherwise i think swimming really helps in losing weight..
