I prefer the homemade one! Soooooooo GOOD!! Mix olive oil with sugar into a paste and started scrubing! Your skin will feel SOOOOOO SOFT!!!! Trust me! I'm obsessed with this recipe!!!!! REALLY!!!!!!!!!!!

Subject:  homemade scrub



i never use scrub but i found some 4 u

1) You will need: 1 cup fine sea salt, 1/2 cup grape-seed, hazelnut, or almond oil, 10 drops grapefruit essential oil , 10 drops juniper essential oil.
Combine all these in a small bowl and stir thoroughly and then Spread the mixture onto damp skin and massage in. Concentrate on the tough, rough, thickened areas of the body, such as the feet and elbows.
2) Mash 1/2 banana and add 1-tablespoon honey and 2 tablespoons sour cream. Apply to face and let set for about 10 minutes. Gently wipe off with a damp washcloth.
3) Grind 1 tablespoon almonds into a fine meal in a blender or food processor. Mix almond meal together with 1 tablespoon honey and 1 egg white. Apply to face and let set for about 15 minutes. Gently wipe off with a damp wash cloth.
