Name: radhika hi guys.. joined this club a little late... i am due around feb 10th.. just wanted to know if u feel any heaviness around ur lower ab while walking or bending and is that normal????

hi Radhika!

yes its perfectly normal to feel heaviness in your tummy...But be sure to bend down with your back straight and knees bent instead of bending over from your standing position.
