I am getting a lot of small black marks (like moles) on my face.i am worried abt this problem because its now spreading all over. can electrolysis be done to remove these marks?

i think you must consult a dermatologist but before that use neem face wash and also almond oil.this will surely reduce your problem.but i think safe and permanent solution is laser.may be u need hormonal treatment along with laser.but u can take vitamin A and B complex tablets( but ask the doctor).u can also try one home made remedy,vitamin E + orange peel (crushed)+egg yolk.make a paste of all these ,and then apply on your face.

It doesnt appear like black heads ,it looks like moles only........could it be due to some hormone variation..and i have a very dry skin which forms scales in winter and everything thing together makes the face in a bad shape...

Are you sure there not blackheads? this is very likly that they are all you have to do is remove them by sticky strips or went opening pores. But please be careful if this is the problem because if not done properly can leave scarring.
