i have very dark areas on my neck, underarm, ass etc. i want to get my colour back and also i want to be white and fair, so can somebody suggest me some thing i can use to gain my clour back and be fair . please suggest me which i can get it in australia.

it's really uncomfortable for me to wear sleveless cloths. i sooo badly wanted to kill my self.
