Hello Dear Saniya,

I need to know some advice. My daughter is only 3 yrs old and she goes to a day care center, There the children play outside for a very lonng time in the sun. My daughter is origionally very fair like white. Bur she has gotten very very tanned. This is concerning for me because i apply sunblock to her everyday before she goes to day care. How can i make her skin color return back to WHITE. She has gotten very dark please tell me some ways to make her back to white. Also i am a new mommy and i want to know what is a good thing to watch my babys face with i think soap is too harsh what should i wash the face with on a daily basis. Also ofcourse how to make her back to white?????

dont discourage ur lil girl fromplaying outside in the sun as vitamin D is an absolute necessity for healthy growth of the bones.however,i did read that a glass of orange juice provides double the vitamin D as u get from the sun.
next,ur daughter's skin must be very sensitive as she is too small.i think u can wash her face with besan and milk.be sure to take more milk than besan.if u use too much besan,her skin will dry out.apply aloe vera on her face before she goes to bed.
i hope all this helps.u can rub the exposed areas with besan+a pinch of haldi+curd thrice a week.
