Baby Sitters and Creches:Nees advise

I have a 2.5 months baby and I have to join back my office in next 5 days.
My baby is suffering from E-Colli infection and is not getting cured despite of many medices and treatments.
Due to this infection doctor has strictly asked not to give bottle feed. From yesterday I started with Powder milk using bowl and spoon which my baby is not taking and he cries.
I am very upset and also unwilling to join back.
Leaving such a small baby at home with in laws is not easy but at present I cannot leave my job.
I am in IT field and my company is also not ready to extend the leaves further.
Please help me in this regard
