my problem is that i was born fair but due to intestinal worms that i had during my childhood,i lost my appetite n now i have become really dark.is there a way 2 regain my original complexion? if so,how? and also my stomach n lower back r really really dark.plz advice

i dunno whether my remedies r gonna work for u or not cuz that disease might have darkened ur skin permanently.first of all,go to a doctor and tell him/her ur problem and ask him whether ur skin colour can be regained or not.
for ur face,i need ur skin type.for the stomach and back,mix besan+oats powder+curd+lemon juice+a pnch of haldi.apply it on ur back an stomach before bath.after it dries,step into the shower and scrub it off well.then,apply a good,natural and safe moisturiser.i think st.ives aloe vera lotion is the best!(use only on body).
for making ur face and the rest of ur body fair,u need 2 try internal remedies which may take alot of time to work.but be patient.a member's aunt was born fair but she drank warm water+honey+juice of half a lemon in the morning religiously for about 2-3 years and she turned very fair eventhough she was naturally dark.u should follow the same tip daily.next,drink mint juice(1/2 cup)daily.drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.also,drink a glass of 100% natural cocktain or carrot orange juice daily.drink milk+2-3 strands of saffron daily.in addition,u need 2 consume fresh vegetables and fruits mainly oranges,tomatoes,spinach,cucumbers,carrots,apples,etc.citrus fruits contain vitamin C which is really effective in skin lightening.grape fruits,oranges,lemons,etc..fall under this category.do consume them as much as u can.
u need 2 sleep well for 8 hous daily.go to bed early and wake up early.u shoud exercise for 30 minutes daily for glowing,if not fair skin.do wash ur face after sweating.wash ur face with besan+a pinch of haldi+milk instead of soap.use more besan for oily skin and more milk for dry skin.
one of the worst enemies of skin is stress.keep depression,stress and tension away from u.
protect ur skin from the sun.this is REALLY important.wear a sunblock whenever us tep our or dab rosewater on ur face.the best thing is to avoid the sun completely.dont expose urself at all.on returning,rub the exposed areas with potato/tomato slices for oily skin or potato/tomato juice+yogurt for dry skin.
now follow these tips very strictly and do gimme ur skin type asap.i'll be waiting!
