Hi,

I have a 2 1/2 year old son and am 1 month pregnant again. My first pregnancy was a very difficult one. Had to take bed rest almost for all 9 months. This meant that I put on a lot of weight...though the end result was a sweet baby. After my son was born I tried many things to loose weight, but am still not back to normal. Am overweight even now....I have already started gettng the urge to take a lot of food...not getting satisfied with whatever I eat. Am trying to tak fruits, cereals as much as possible, but cannot get over my urge to eat even after this.

Please give some good tips as I do not want to gain a lot of weight this time again.

I am in the process of reducing weight and some people told me that Herbal products works well. This is all natural.There are no side effects. Well these are all tips are given to me which really helped me I was just searching through the

internet and found some useful information on docror advice. Start to eat unfried food and also do some exercise regularly..I have also the same query like you.Don´ t worry u still have the time to start slim excel capsules.Hope you feel better.

Hii

Weight gain during pregneancy is normal as its the weight of the baby,water and milk which you will shed after delivery but excessive weight gain i.e beyond 10-12 kgs woudl be difficult to shed.Although nothing is impossible.I feel you should go for regular walks and avoid junk food.

Hi,
Don't worry too much about it. Worrying too much will make you even more hungry and you'll tend to eat more junk.
In order to control weight, make sure you include lots of fruits and vegies in your diet. I am not sure if you have some kind of craving or you just feel more hungry. If you just feel more hungry, snack on fruits, vegies and milk. Cut down on fatty stuff until your last trimester, that does not mean eliminating it altogether, set a limit on it.
Excercise, if your Dr. permits and keep track of your weight.
