Giving u a daily food guide during pregnancy:
1.) Cereals and their flours......like whole wheat, jowar, bajra, dalia, corn etc.
2.) Pulses:
a.) whole: moong, rajma, chick peas etc.
b.) sprouts:
c.)masoor dal, chana dal, yellow moong dal etc
d.)besan, moong dal flour etc.
3.) vegetables:
a.) carrot, beet, cucumber, french beans, gavarfali etc.
b.) leafy vegs. like palak, methi, radish leaves, coriander, chawli leaves , lettuce, cabbage etc.
4.) Fruits: sweet lime, orange, watermelon, apple etc.
5.) dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, dates, figs, apricots
6.) dairy products like milk, curd, paneer
