Pls cut your hair short, then only ur hair will grow and also easy to maintain. Last summer i did that same. I cut my hair upto my shoulder from waist length.
Now its good.

then come to scalp vision.just whether u have dandruff or not.
dandruff is not a external problem its a internal problem like vitamin scarcity so take balanced diet
add coconut carrot ghee in ur diet bit more
