hey Saniya ty for all the help muah!!
when everywhere i go, people tells me that iam handsome! i feel so proud of myself. it just feels so good ^_^. thankyou la <3

1. Keep your diet strictly
a. dont eat dead foods
b. eat fresh foods
c. you must sacrifice all the tasty food
d. find out what food that u cant eat.
2. Drink alot of water =)
a. ur pee pee color has to be so-so clear
3. Sleep well
a. make sure ur pillow is clean
b. most pillows are very dirty and oily from their hairs.
4. washing ur face
a. after, dry ur face with a clean towel or bounty napkin.
b. people tend to use one towel to dry out their hair, face, hand, bodie. thats why the towels are wet and damp and dirty stuff will be trap on the towel +plus towels aren't wash everyday. therefore, i use bounty to clean my dry and clean my face.

5. my favorite \";Aloe vera\"; <3
a. cut the plant
b. soak it in water for 1 day and wash it off all the yellow glue poison out before use. the poison makes ur skin itchy itch itch.
c. sqeeze the gel on ur face whereever u go and sleep it makes ur skin shiny shine shine like an handsome boy.
d. ohh yah, iam a boy too.

im so glad dat ur happy now!!!keep it up! but do always remember that real beauty is inner beauty!!!!be proud of it too and maintain and enhance it.
i did tell u about body building but i guess u didnt read my message.if u r above 18,i strongly recommend body building.it will give u a handsome,atractive and startling muscular stature which everyone will admire.
